Dr. Robinette has been practicing in the Unifour area for over 30 years. He has established himself as both an excellent cosmetic dentist and a caring practitioner from whom patients can receive emergency care, whether they are patients of record or not. 

Dr. Robinette received his B.A. degree in Zoology and Chemistry from West Virginia University in 1970. He then went on to graduate from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1974 where he graduated in the top 20% of his class. While attending W.V.U., he received two NIH (National Institute of Health) grants in 1972 and 1973 to do research with Dental Implants, where he both designed and fabricated the implants, which were used, in his research.

Upon graduation, Dr. Robinette was drafted and served as a Navy Dentist stationed at the Marine Corps Air Station at Cherry Point, North Carolina. He received commendation from both the NCOs and the Officers of 3rd LAAM Battalion U.S.M.C. with which he served.

In 1998, Dr. Robinette moved into his current office, which is designed to be one of the most modern and well-equipped dental offices in North Carolina. The office is located at 1850 Clement Boulevard, N.W. in Hickory, North Carolina. 

Dr. Robinette is a member of the Western Piedmont Dental Society, North Carolina Dental Society, American Dental Association and the American Academy of General Dentistry.
